Trend Arena at Fahrrad Essen is Going Down Very Well With Manufacturers

From February 16 to 19, 2017, Fahrrad Essen will present itself at Messe Essen with a new hall concept. For the first time, North Rhine-Westphalia's largest bicycle fair will offer manufacturers and their regional retail partners their own Trend Arena in Hall 7. The new concept is going down well: The exhibitors which have already confirmed their participation include Batavus Bäumker, Bergamont, Flyer, Hase Bikes, Hercules, Koga, Riese & Müller as well as Rose Bikes. Premieres at the fair will be given, for example, by AT Zweirad and Hermann Hartje whose available ranges include individually fabricated bicycles. Ben E Bike with e bikes suitable for children and woom bikes with children's bicycles will also be involved for the first time.

The new Trend Arena in Hall 7 which will also encompass the e bike Course and a special show with new products will focus on exclusivity and advice. With the Trend Arena, Messe Essen wants to increasingly address demanding and sporty cyclists as visitors. Moreover, the exhibitors will profit from the clear separation of the manufacturers in Hall 7 from the direct selling in Hall 6. As accustomed, the dealers will present themselves there: including, for example, Fahrradladen Bergetappe, Connex, Ergotec, Lucky Bike, Messingschlager, Planet of Bikes, Fahrrad Korte, Rose City, SKS and Zweirad-Center Stadler Essen. For the first time, Messe Essen will also greet the dealer Fahrrad XXL Meinhövel. In addition, the Everyman's Course and the Show Truck of the Bicycle Club of Germany, partner of Fahrrad Essen, will supplement the range offered by the dealers in Hall 6.

ADFC, AGFS and Federal Ministry of Transport Provide the Visitors with Information

Apart from the well-known manufacturers and dealers, the organisations awaiting the visitors to Fahrrad Essen will also include, for example, the German Cyclist's Association (ADFC), the Association for Pedestrian and Bicycle-friendly Cities, Townships and Districts in North Rhine Westphalia (AGFS) and the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure in Hall 4 as well as the Essen Police Headquarters in Hall 6. Furthermore, Hall 4 will encompass exhibitors from the field of bicycle tourism as well as the Kids Course.

Triad Consisting of Obtaining Information, Trying Out and Purchasing

From February 16 to 19, 2017, Fahrrad Essen (North Rhine-Westphalia's largest bicycle fair) will unite manufacturers, dealers and suppliers of bicycle tourism at Messe Essen. Last time, over 240 exhibitors presented their new products to around 80,000 visitors. The great plus of Fahrrad Essen is its triad consisting of obtaining information, trying out and purchasing with two test courses and one separate Kids Course. From February 15 to 19, 2017, Reise + Camping (the largest tourism fair in North Rhine-Westphalia) will take place in parallel.
