At 50 different fairs and exhibitions – including 13 international leading fairs – Essen welcomes some 13,000 exhibitors and up to 1.5 million visitors every year. An exhibition area of over 110,000 m² is available here in 18 halls and the Galeria.

Terms and Conditions of Participation
1 to 30 sq.m.: 48 Euro
31 to 60 sq.m.: 43 Euro
61 to 100 sq.m.: 38 Euro
more than 101 sq.m.: 33 Euro
Minimum stand space: 6 sq.m.
The upper floor of a two-storey stand will be charged at 50 % of the rental for the accessible groundfloor surface. Permission for two-storey structures can only be given by agreement with the exhibition management and the Essen municipal planning department. It is not possible in every hall due to different clearance heights.
All prices exclude VAT. For the Trade Fair Committee of "Deutscher Wirtschaft e.V." (AUMA) € 0,60 per sqm is in the total account.
